Blueberry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
2 cups vanilla yogurt
3 tablespoons honey

Directions:

  1. Let frozen blueberries thaw for 15 minutes.

  2. Blend the blueberries in a blender on high speed until nearly liquefied into a smoothie consistency.

  3. Pour the mixture into a large bowl. Add the yogurt and honey and gently mix everything together.

  4. Pour the mixture into each mold up to the fill line. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.

  5. Run the mold under warm water for 30 seconds to remove.
