Cherry Apple Berry Crisp

Ingredients:

FILLING

4 cups cherry apple berry blend

2/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup lemon juice

TOPPING

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Take the cherry apple berry blend out of the freezer and let thaw for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Add filling ingredients to slow cooker and mix until combined.

  3. Mix first six topping ingredients in a large bowl. Melt butter in the microwave and mix into the bowl. Add topping to the slow cooker and spread evenly over fruit mixture.

  4. Place a dry paper towel on top of the filling to wick away some of the moisture from the fruit during cooking. 

  5. Cover with lid and cook on high for 4 hours.
