Cherry Apple Berry
4 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons sugar
2 lbs cherry apple berry blend
2 10" pie crusts
Preheat oven to 450°.
Take cherry apple berry blend out of freezer and let thaw for 15-20 minutes or until soft.
In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and sugar.
Pour cherry apple berry blend into a large bowl. Add cornstarch/sugar mixture to fruit and stir.
Add fruit to pie crust. Top with pie crust and pinch edges together with a fork. Gently cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
Take pie out of oven and remove foil. Turn town temperature to 400° and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Remove pie and let sit for 30 minutes before eating.
