Cherry Berry



2 lbs cherry berry blend

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup water

3 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup softened butter

1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. In a medium bowl, add brown sugar, flour, oats, softened butter, cinnamon and salt. Stir to combine.

  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cherry berry blend, sugar, water and cornstarch and bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often, and remove from heat.

  3. Coat 8 ramekins with cooking spray and divide filling and topping among them. Place dishes on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil and bake at 375° for 22 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
