Cherry Sauce

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen cherries

2 1x3-inch lengths of orange peel

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

  1. Place cherries and orange peel in a microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle cornstarch over the top.

  2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Stir and heat for an additional 90 seconds.

  3. Add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove orange peel.
