2 cups frozen strawberries
4 cups sugar
1 package dry pectin
3/4 cup water
Take strawberries out of the freezer and let thaw for 15-20 minutes.
Put strawberries into a food processor and pulse until chopped finely.
Mix crushed strawberries with sugar and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add water and pectin to a small saucepan and boil over medium-high heat for one minute.
Stir the boiling water into the strawberries and let stand for 5 minutes prior to pouring into jars.
Place tops on jars and let stand for 24 hours. Place in freezer and keep frozen until ready to use.
