2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons strawberry Jell-o
1 baked pie shell
Take strawberries out of the freezer and let thaw for 15-20 minutes. Once thawed, slice strawberries in half.
Bake pie shell according to directions. Let cool for 15 minutes.
Fill with sliced strawberries.
Combine sugar, water and cornstarch. Bring to a slow boil until mixture thickens. Add Jell-o and remove from heat.
Pour over sliced strawberries and place in refrigerator until chilled.
