Strawberry Pie


2 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup water

3/4 cup sugar

3 tablespoons cornstarch

4 tablespoons strawberry Jell-o

1 baked pie shell


  1. Take strawberries out of the freezer and let thaw for 15-20 minutes. Once thawed, slice strawberries in half.

  2. Bake pie shell according to directions. Let cool for 15 minutes.

  3. Fill with sliced strawberries.

  4. Combine sugar, water and cornstarch. Bring to a slow boil until mixture thickens. Add Jell-o and remove from heat.

  5. Pour over sliced strawberries and place in refrigerator until chilled.
